g. If you access (or download) the Service via a third-party platform or service, the applicable terms and conditions of that third-party platform or service may apply in addition to these Terms. You agree to be subject to those third-party application or platform terms in conjunction with these Terms.

8. Restrictions on Use

b. You affirm that you are accessing, utilizing, and/or registering for the Service in a personal, individual capacity (except, if applicable, under a group subscription agreement as outlined in Section 1(f)). You agree not to use, transfer, distribute, or dispose of the Service or Content in a manner that could compete with the business of INC or any of its partners. The Content or Service, including any Content accessible through an RSS feed, may not be used in any commercial product or service without our prior written consent.

c. Without our prior written consent:

– You may not alter, remove, forward, scrape, frame, in-line link, copy, sell, distribute, retransmit, create derivative works, or otherwise make available (to third parties and/or on another website, app, blog, product, or service) the Content, except as explicitly permitted by certain sharing features in the Service that allow sharing of Content or links to Content with a limited number of individuals.

15. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted for resolution to courts in London, UK. You waive any objections to such courts based on jurisdiction, venue, or inconvenient forum.

b. Any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one year of the occurrence or be forever barred. Any claim you may have in connection with these Terms will be compensable through monetary damages, and you will not be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief. You also expressly waive any right to resort to any form of class action.

16. General

a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements (if any).

b. If any provision of the Terms is found to be void, invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court or valid authority, such provision(s) will be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions will remain unaffected.

c. Failure to enforce any provision of the Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it.

d. The United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms, the Service, or any Content.
